General Terms and Conditions

  • This application is subject to confirmation by way of a letter allotted by the M/S PRAJA PROPERTIES INDIA PVT.LTD
  • All emails sent from Company official email id would be considered to be official document for all practical purpose.
  • This booking is valid only with the Management's Approval.
  • All payments should be made by local cheque/DD in favouring M/S PRAJA PROPERTIES INDIA PVT.LTD...
  • Other expenses such as maintenance charges, Registration charges, Legal charges and taxes are not included in the rate per sqft and Taxes payable separately, as applicable.
  • The allotment will be confirmed by full booking amount, falling of Booked site the allotment shall be cancelled and the paid amount shall be refunded without interest.
  • Sale agreement will be executed after 30% payment of the total Value consideration.
  • The customer must get the sale agreement within 15 days from the date of booking if they have not entered into an agreement with in the stipulated period and wants to cancel the booking, then the customer agrees to bear 10% of the booking amount as the incident/administrative expenses occurred by the Developers
  • At the time of collecting refund cheque of cancellation applicants should hand over the original receipts, Legal documents, agreement and any other documents compulsory. In case of Cancellation of booking by purchase "Praja Properties India Pvt.Ltd., will not be liable to pay any interest on the booking amount paid
  • In case of any dispute, difference elther as to right duties and liability of the parties or as to the entitlement of the parties, the same shall be referred to the arbitration of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by M/S Praja Proerities India Pvt. Ltd., and the Jurisdiction will be Bangalore in cash of dispute.
